Monsters is the final collaboration between author Anna Fienberg and illustrator Kim Gamble.

Anna talks about how the book came to be after Kim’s death, and how they shared similar ideas about what monsters were. Plus how, after Kim's passing in 2016, his lifelong friend Steve Axelsen finished the illustration of the book so the gorgeous story could find its way to readers.

For more on the book, check out the Allen and Unwin website.
