Getting a spot for your child at a day care centre you’re happy with can be challenging. Do they tick all your boxes? Do they have the days available that you need? If you have a child with a disability – physical or neurological- it can be even more challenging.

Christine Zuvela is Director of the SDN Childcare Centre at Beranga, a centre that specialises in care and early learning for children on the autism spectrum.

She explores what challenges parents face when looking for a childcare centre that is suitable to their child's needs, and how her centre creates a safe and encouraging learning space for those children.

For more about SDN Beranga, check out their website.
