The Australian Red Cross, Laurie Lawrence's Kids Alive and Poolwerx have joined forces to create a free CPR course in time for April Pools Day (today!)

Red Cross trainer Amanda Lindsay takes us through why the online course is important and how you can get involved.

Do you know the Kids Alive rhyme?

  1. Fence the pool
  2. Shut the gate
  3. Teach your kids to swim
  4. Supervise
  5. Learn how to resuscitate

To access the free online portal just head to the Poolwerx website, and for your nearest Red Cross CPR First Aid Course check out their website here.
