Would you save your placenta after having a baby for encapsulation?

Eating your placenta has been reported to be a good source of iron, it's meant to help with post natal depression and has claimed to increase milk supply, but what are the health implications around consuming your placenta and is it safe?

We were sceptical... so to find out more information we spoke to an expert who specialises in the study of placentas.
