Many people who are parents now were smacked as kids.

And while some might not say it, there are many who still think there’s nothing wrong with a smack to keep a child in line.

Robin Barker is the author of Baby Love and is both a mother and grandmother. She explains the historical context of smacking, and what we know about it’s impact today.
