Very few families make it through an entire winter without being hit with some sort of ailment. And sickness is always made worse when days are shorter, colder and let's face it - just not as exciting as summer.

We're bringing you the Winter Wellness series with naturopath Emma Sutherland and Amy Taylor-Kabbaz so your tribe can be as healthy as possible during these chilly months.

Our starting point for part one is a focus on evenings. They're darker, colder and getting cosy can be tricky. We ask our two experts to share their healthy tips for warming both the body and mind. Check out Emma's nighttime recipes here.

Want more of the Winter Wellness series? Emma and Amy also tackle getting up on those icy mornings and staying lively during the day. Also find out what hygge is and how to incorporate its cosiness in your family!
