High Five: I'm An Optimist by Dog On Fleas

Each week Kinderling gives a HIGH FIVE to music, artists, albums and other stuff we think is awesome!

This week we’ve got a High Five for the hipsters – I’m An Optimist by Dog On Fleas.

Grammy winning producer Dean Jones’ band overcomes the current climate of doom and gloom to see joy in the simple things in life. There’s a funky ode to why our heads don’t pop off when we sneeze, encouragement on 'Can Do Attitude,' and as you would expect, a healthy dose of optimism.

I’m An Optimist by Dog on Fleas is full of weird but wonderfully positive songs, and that’s why it’s our High Five album of the week.
