High Five: King Cake and the Boogie Woogies

Each week Kinderling gives a HIGH FIVE to music, artists, albums and other stuff we think is awesome!

Kinderling gives a High Five to the debut, self-titled album from King Cake & The Boogie Woogies

King Cake - as imagined by musician Ira Malkin - is the cartoon king of rockabilly whose music will get the whole family bopping to a fun mix of blues, swing and R&B.

The songs capture some classic family moments, like getting the kids in the car, making friends with some unlikely creatures, and infusing excitement into daily dental hygiene.

King Cake & The Boogie Woogies create jivin’ songs for every occasion, so bop and hop along to our High Five selections this week!
