High Five: Passing Clouds by Kate Oliver

Each week Kinderling gives a HIGH FIVE to music, artists, albums and other stuff we think is awesome!

Passing Clouds is an album of mindfulness songs for kids and their grownups, by mindfulness teacher Kate Oliver. Covering themes like our own thoughts, big strong feelings, gratitude and more, the songs are meditations in themselves.

It also covers the pleasure of sharing life with others in 'The Friendship Song', a message of compassion in 'I Wonder What It’s Like 2BU' and the power of unification in 'My Hand in Your Hand'.
