Shevonne Hunt is the host of our parenting show Kinderling Conversation
I first discovered Petrea King in my early 20s when I read her book Your Life Matters: The Power of Living Now. Petrea has worked a lot with people suffering terminal illnesses, she herself survived Leukemia, and it seems those experiences have given her an amazing and gentle insight into life’s challenges. Her words and thoughts touched me deeply at that time of my life.
Now the founder of Quest for Life Foundation, she joined Kinderling Conversation to talk about Christmas day. She gave sensitive advice about everything from dealing with that family member you can’t stand, to how to celebrate Christmas when you’ve lost someone you love.
