Your sweet tooth has never been so satisfied as it will be with this delicious guilt-free muffin that uses no butter, flour, oil or sugar. Perfect for breakfast or a wholesome late night snack attack.

Greek Yoghurt Banana Muffin

Ingredients

  • Coconut oil spray
  • ½ cup (45 g) rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 small pinch stevia
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons oat milk

Toppings

  • Greek-style yoghurt
  • Ricotta
  • Fresh berries
  • Sliced banana 

Method

  1. Lightly grease a medium mug with coconut oil spray.
  2. Plop all the remaining ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Plop batter into the mug.
  4. Microwave for two minutes.
  5. Add desired toppers.
  6. Eat.
