Your sweet tooth has never been so satisfied as it will be with this delicious guilt-free muffin that uses no butter, flour, oil or sugar. Perfect for breakfast or a wholesome late night snack attack.
Greek Yoghurt Banana Muffin
- Coconut oil spray
- ½ cup (45 g) rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 small pinch stevia
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- ½ banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons oat milk
- Greek-style yoghurt
- Fresh berries
- Sliced banana
- Lightly grease a medium mug with coconut oil spray.
- Plop all the remaining ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth and well mixed.
- Plop batter into the mug.
- Microwave for two minutes.
- Add desired toppers.
