After 25 years The Bananas in Pyjamas are still playing games and stealing the hearts (and attention) of children all over the country.
But what goes into making a show that has such cultural capital, a full 25 years after its creation?
The original co-creator of the show, Simon Hopkinson, opens up about how he came up with the premise for the show, including the whole ensemble of teddy bears and a shop-owning rat in a hat, all in a single taxi ride!
As well as revealing what he believes are the reasons for the twin talking fruits staying power in the lexicon of growing up in Australia, and around the world.
