When Emma Isaacs was 18 she started her own business, Business Chicks.

Fast forward to today and Business Chicks has become an international success, Emma has been mentored by the likes of Bill Gates and Richard Branson, has raised over 10 million dollars for charity while running her business, is mum to five children under eight, and on top of all of that she's written a book titled Winging It to empower women in the workforce.

She explains how she manages it all, why work is still so important to her, and the pros and cons of starting your own business. Plus how family life and work life don't need to constantly be at odds with one another.

For more on Winging It, check out the Business Chicks website and get your hands on a copy over via Pan Macmillan.
