Is there anything as frustrating as a fussy eater?
You can cook several meals, and still they don’t get the nutrition they need.
Holly Harris is a lecturer in Public Health at The University of Queensland. She says we need to take the pressure off parents, and gives her top tips on how to manage a fussy eater. Plus she elaborates on the evolutionary reason some people can be fussy eaters and it's not just to make a parents' life a living hell.
