There’s been a big push to get girls into the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths subjects at school - but many still don’t choose them, often because of what we call 'imposter syndrome'.
Andrew Martin, Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of NSW, talks about what 'imposter syndrome' is, why it's still happening and what we can do to change it.
