When children have nightmares, particularly recurring ones, it can be quite frightening.
Dr Chris Seaton is a Paediatric and Adolescent Sleep Physician from the Woolcock Institute. He reveals that while we don't know why we get them, we do know the time of night we're prone to getting nightmares, possible ways to avoid them, and how to help your little one if their nightmares are recurring.
