From craft fails to sperm donation, this week the panel definitely laugh as hard as they chat.
Kate Browne from Choice Australia and Sunil Badami, writer, academic and story teller at design and brand agency, For The People, dropped in to chat with Shevonne for this week's parent paneldiscuss the pertinent and pressing issues of the week, from Easter hat parades to sperm donation.
Sunil and Kate have some great tips for Easter hat parade costumes for those who are time poor, on a tight budget, or feel hopelessly uncreative. From cranial based crafts, they talked about the biases that appear in toddlers when it comes to race and gender, after the Huffington Post reported on a young girl who was quizzed on her choice of doll in an American department store. Getting into the nitty gritty they moved on to the pros and cons of requesting flexibility with working hours, and wrapped up with the 'would you, wouldn't you' of sperm donation, after Monash IVF proposed bulk donations to cope with shortages.
