The fitness expert, former Dorothy the Dinosaur performer, ex-gymanstics coach and Wiggles dancer has launched a six week online program called FHIT and it's perfect for time poor parents.

She joins us to give some simple tips on fitting simple exercises into a busy schedule, and how parents can benefit from it.
