How To Recycle Your Feelings by Amy Molloy

Thu 30 January 2020

How To Recycle Your Feelings is a thoughtful book that helps kids and their grown-ups soothe those big feelings in creative ways.

Written by journalist, author and mum, Amy Molloy, this is the first book in her Storytelling for Healing series, featuring exclusively on Kinderling Kids Radio.

Melissa Mylchreest is a graphic designer and art director. Her colourful illustrations spill out of the pages, complimenting Amy's practical tips to help families build resilience. In fact, the series is written in line with the NSW primary school curriculum for personal development and the national Early Years Learning Framework for Australia (aged 0-5), to help kids cope with everyday challenges.
