Roo Knows Blue by Renée Treml

Thu 6 February 2020

Little Roo hops along singing a song, learning which things are which colours ... but Roo needs a bit of help from Possum to figure it out.

Written and illustrated by Renée Treml, this playful book is a fun way for kids to learn about Australia's colourful plants and animals.

Renée moved to Australia from the USA in 2007 and that's when her fascination with Australia's unique animals and birds began.

Renée’s books have won or been nominated for awards including the CBCA Crichton Award for New Illustrator, Speech Pathology Book of the Year and the Environment Award for Children’s Literature.
