Eleni loves Mondays because her Yia Yia picks her up from school. But when she tells her friends athey have no idea what she's talking about ... that is, until they realise they all have grandmothers too - they're just called something different.

Stella Stamatakis's book is a celebration of grandmas, cooking, culture and the special time grandmas share with their grandchildren. Based in Melbourne, Stella was a primary school teacher for over 25 years. 

French illustrator, Oscar Fa, celebrates the cultural diversity of Australian families gorgeous paintings.
